App crashes when we click on history of complaint registered

Get the app developed with the company that is qualified.  

Issues: can’t sing up. The app doesn’t even send a verification code. The keyboard won’t go off the screen when i’m done with filing up the details when creating an account and the sign up button won’t show up.
