Not glitchy, no major issues ever had. However I really wish you had an option to add in purchases made. Put in the receipt # to still get points. Every time I whip out my phone to scan simply for the sake of points, the employees don’t say anything negative. I can just tell they’re not thrilled to have to do it. They’ve always got a card reader in hand at the window, have to pick up the scanner in order to scan the phone. If processes could be simplified, or a way to obtain a physical card to hand them. Idk. I hate the feeling that it’s an inconvenience to scan it all. They give receipt’s, so why not allow the customer to add it in later like most chain places do. Then they won’t have to be inconvenienced with picking up the scanner and I won’t feel like I’m the only person around who decided to use the app for points. Until this was an option, I would typically avoid CC’s due to the wait times & lunch break being quick so I would never have the time to stop & wait. Now with order ahead, I’m in and out in 3-4 minutes. Love that it keeps up with your points & annual visits. Also has double star days! Keep it up CC’s! This would be less confusing if it was retiled in the selections to say add extra flavor.
