This app only works 20-25% of the time. Even just to post this review I've had to open and close it in the app store several times. There are times when itsays my daughter's bus in on the way to bring her home or pick her up but it is inaccurate not only in time of drop of or pick up but also where the bus is. The inconsistency has been seen repeatey by the people at the yard but they are still trying to get me to check the app . When the app has made a mistake they don't own up to it. They try and say it's user error. It doesn't seem as though anyone is trying to do anything about it. They need to offer the task of fixing it to one of the many Stem program classes or staff to improve.

I’ve found it reliable most of the time; but it doesn’t work, it reaalllyyy doesn’t work. I use this app to track the bus my autistic little brother is on. He can speak but cannot tell us if something happens or give details. I’ve had issues of the app tracking the wrong bus and not knowing where he is for over an hour. And since 12/8/25 to today 12/10/25, the bus tracking has not shown up at all for both pick up and drop off. It’s caused immense stress not knowing when he’ll get home because the drop off time changes frequently, i.e. consolidated drop offs last minute or change in drivers. So my family relies heavily on being able so see where the bus is. That being said, when the app does what it’s suppose to, I love it and really appreciate that my family has way to make sure our kid gets home safely. If this continues to be an issue, I’ll just have sew an airtag into my brother’s backpack.

This app is so unreliable. On the one or two days a week it actually shows the bus it’s not where it says it is 8/10 times. What is the point. One day my daughter waited 40 minutes for the bus because it said a 20 minute delay and it registered that the bus was one stop away. Will anyone ever fix it??

It is 20% of a good app but then it will pause so much times and i almost miss my bus because of it u have to refresh the app and 5% of the time it doesn’t work it will be paused for the rest of the tracking so I recommend the app but only if u wanna refresh your app a lot

The app gives a list of conditions where this app would not be accurate. One of which, is if the bus drops off out of order. That’s ridiculous, things that delay the bus is why we download the tracking app. Half the time the bus is off line and GPS can’t be found or the delayed updates tell you the bus is 3 minutes away and then the time changes to 5-10min away. It’s a fantastic concept but horrible execution. Be better off just fashioning the bus with an apple AirTag glued to the side.

Rarely ever works right and right now it’s not even logging in. Most of the time it’s trying to locate gps and other times it shows the bus came 10-30 minutes before scheduled time and is at the school without my son. Calling transportation doesn’t help I’ve tried they put me on hold a minimum of an hour and then say to check this app. This is in desperate need of an update it’s long over due.

20% of the time (when everything is working) it's SO HELPFUL. I wish it was reliable. My daughter is in high school and half the year she is waiting in the cold and dark for the bus. This is terrible when the bus is usually 15 minutes late but surprise! sometimes on time or even up to 10 minutes early! Knowing where the bus is ~15 minutes before scheduled pickup allows her to stay home where it's light and warm a little longer. We can get her to the stop at the perfect time. It works like that about one day a week.

The other 4 days of the week the app only says "waiting to identify bus" and never changes. So she has to get to the bus stop 10 minutes earlier than the schedule says and in all likelihood then wait nearly 30 minutes for the 15 minute late bus when it's cold and dark outside. It's sad and depressing for these poor kids that are already struggling. A system/app that is reliable would be make their very early mornings just a little better.

This app needs major improvements, I see where the bus is so my son can walk to the bus stop but its never accurate, also there is times where the bus doesn’t even show in the app. CCSD really need to put attention to the app and fix it to avoid our children too miss school, their is some parents like my self that really do rely in the bus transportation.

The UX is horrific, the app is this ugly white and blue combination, the tracking rarely updates and often has latencies of 30-120 seconds. It doesn’t even run in the background so you have to stay on it for it to update. 0/10.

This is a terrible app which is hardly ever accurate. One min the bus isn’t on the map and the next it is but you missed it because the bus usually comes at a certain time but now it’s coming earlier. It doesn’t show its location on the map til it’s already gone I shouldn’t have to go in and out of the app to see the updated location. The app and the transportation is terrible

School Bus comes randomly every day morning and afternoon . Never on schedule time. So I downloaded this app. But dashboard doesn’t tell when bus left or estimate time the bus comes.

if you’re here to download this app so that you could track yours or your child’s school bus location in real time, don’t bother. i only downloaded this app because my daughter’s school bus is so unreliable and never on schedule. so i wanted a way of knowing if not when, at least approximately when i can expect it to show up just in case i have to take my daughter to school myself so she won’t be tardy. it does not track well if at all. it’s on a constant loop of searching for the actual bus. i’ve never actually seen the bus pop up on the map. i’ve also been told that the app is supposed to send notifications of late or no arrivals (no arrival is crazy by the way) but i’ve yet to see that at all. the only thing the app provides are the scheduled times which is starting to seem flexible (and optional) because the bus is literally never on time.

if anything is ever done to improve the “in real time” tracking feature, i could get on board with that! (no pun intended)

Doesn’t update. Sometimes says nothing at all. The date isn’t correct and you can’t change it to the correct date. Busses don’t show up or you have no idea when they would because it’s a half hour window and this app gives 0 useful information. Over the last week the app has successfully failed to pick my child up 3 times resulting in tardy/absence. What good is this if it doesn’t do the simple task of showing where the buss is/telling you what time it will arrive. 0 of 5 stars. I’d uninstall if I had ANY other options.

The app has signed me out, I’m trying to check to see where my child is currently on the bus, I cannot sign back in no matter what. The app refuses to work when my child is riding the bus, I have no way of knowing where they are. I’m getting confusing error messages that don’t make sense. This is unacceptable!

The app was doing a decent job up until a week or two ago where it won’t detect the bus location anymore. Update: I sent an email to support and they were great about responding and explaining the issue. Issue was fixed in time they said it would be. App runs well and I’m sure there’s room for improvement but since I have nothing to compare it to, I have no suggestions. It does what it needs to do.

This allows me to track my two grandchildren that go to two different schools and times. Much better than trying to call transportation (waiting for sometimes an hour to talk) to find out why your student is late. Of course, the times are estimates but has worked great so far!!
