Even with the fastest internet (no problem watching any videos on any other platforms), the lectures are impossible to watch. Each sentence is chopped into pieces with a long pause between each two pieces for the video to load….

打开手机的cctalk 想看自己购买的课程 但是弹出的广告页面一直不消失 让我看不了我自己的课程 实在是太恼人了 广告页面无关闭按钮一直霸占屏幕 体验太差劲了

网络差，爱卡顿，还有很多不人性化的细节我懒得说了，现在能不用ipad看cctalk就不用，都另外再拿出笔记本了。花钱的app做成这样，真的想骂人。

必须承认的一点是，里面的内容根据我目前的需要与当前状态来看，很优质，这也是他到现在仍然具有无可取代地位的最重要也是唯一的原因。
  不过必须指出的是，软件本身存在诸多问题。排除播放控制等设计理念问题外（可自己适应，调节）软件存在一个我很难接受的地方，就是对网速要求很高。我不玩游戏所以不知道和王者荣耀这类游戏相比他对网速要求如何，我只知道腾讯视频不卡顿，网页视频不卡顿，但在这个软件上一个小时的视频我可以慢慢地看五个小时。我必须打开热点提高网速才可以，可很多时候我不方便，或者一个地方网速不快的时候，我就不能使用。这点让我非常不舒服，尤其是当我急切的需要观看，却让我焦急等待！我希望能给我解答一下是什么原因让这个软件对于网速的需求如此之大？

Mac版本每次打开软件都要重新登录，还没有自动登录选项，就连我把软件关了马上再打开都要重新登录，保护自家平台权益可以理解，但能不能重视一下消费者体验？看视频课的时候屏幕上方一直滚动禁止录制的文字，有时候都把文字挡住了还关不掉，看的很烦呀，你在开始的时候滚动就可以了，或者不要挡住视频的内容，这样未免有点喧宾夺主了吧？平台版权固然重要，但用户体验就不需要照顾了吗？用户买课不花钱吗？第一次用这个平台就被搞得一点好感都没有，更别说在这个平台买课了，感受极差

在微信上买的课，只能用微信账号登录才能access我的课。手机和Mac版本都能用微信登录，但是ipad版本不行。Please fix it!

暂停两次之后播放会停止，非常不适合做笔记，不能流畅暂停和继续。拖动进度条也会导致播放暂停不能流畅播放，会卡在那一动不动，只能退出视频重新进，很麻烦，体验不好。

After verifying the phone number, you need to enter the temporary verification code sent to that phone number. Excuse me??? Why do you need so many steps of the user just want to use your app???

建议取消开屏广告，要不就换成点别的高质量广告。本来就是把心智调整到学习模式后才会点开chalk，一打开就是低智游戏开屏广告真的很容易让人丧失学习心情。
付费了体验还这么差。
如果开屏广告一直这么廉价劣质+老师在别的平台上开课，那我一定会删号卸载CCtalk。

首先，这个平台上面课程是很多的，日语啊，画画啊，书法啊……很多都有，能满足大部分需求的，而且有不少的课也有优惠，白嫖也可以赚到不少。
  其次，就是直播质量。大部分的老师都是直播授课，但是直播质量往往不是很好，像以前疫情网课时期也一样。
  最后，也是最最不满意的一点，希望贵公司可以改掉：拼团的时候，总是找不到人一起拼，只能转发好友。到这里，没转发的肯定就直接想选择取消拼团了呀，可是这里就是不让取消，硬是要拖很多天在可以自动取消掉，特别浪费时间和精力，大部分到最后还是得自己单独购买，就很不值得了。后来在网上搜过了，不止我一个人有这样的问题和困扰。
  给五星是希望可以有人看到，赶紧改吧。

课程很多，有时候会开放一些实践项目出来，虽然是面向大学生的，但门槛也没卡那么死，我初一就是在这学网师的，那个时候真的是汇聚天下网师，谁都能开课，培训项目也没什么对中学生不友好的地方，真的除了CC没有哪个平台能让一个初中生在那学讲课的了，从那时起我也就走上了网师之路，在这一直讲到初三。直到要求实名认证了才没再讲。现在已经高三了，我又报了CC的其他项目，估计最早一批学生已经等了我五六年了，这么好的平台，我成年后一定会回来的

提下建议，希望能考虑一下，毕竟这是考研党的福利，视频播放的时候希望能开启悬浮窗，这样可以边看视频边做电子笔记，另外一点就是我觉得验证特别烦琐，很多朋友也反应每次登陆都要验证，要不就是从手机上看下信息，从前ipad上看视频就要重新登陆，之前想在网页上悬浮窗播放，结果直接不能播放……真的太难受，希望能更人性化一点，谢谢！

真的好迷惑啊这个软件，同一个直播群居然不是每个人都可以回翻ppt，设置了自由上麦还是显示禁止 电脑端和手机端每天的红花机制也不一样 还有缓存功能缓存之前都没说不能用，第二天没有网络需要用的时候显示缓存已删除
