It keeps changing my daughter’s address to my sister’s house and making my brother in-law’s email her default - I keep having to change that back as well. It also won’t let me pull up the Bible verse from the notes section in the app when I follow along. I don’t know why an update was needed when it was working perfectly. ### 1/5 — Terrible refresh *2026-06-20* Not sure on the actual app as when it updated lost my credentials. Not a big deal except they disabled copy and paste functionality. Why?! Major latency on the log in screen as well (exclusively, checked other apps). Reset my password though a standard, lengthy process. Then refused my new credentials. 20 mins to try and give a tithe, gave up unsuccessfully so I didn’t snap. Hope they fix this nightmare experience. ### 1/5 — User beware *2025-05-17* Every CCV staff member, residency student, and even the kid who is on payroll and picks up trash has access to EVERY personal thing you upload to this app. Your address, phone#, attendance, tithe… ALL IF IT. And yes, people are people and abuse it. ### 1/5 — Incompatible with my IPAD *2020-12-15* I’ve downloaded and previously had access to the CCV APP on an older IPAD, obtained a brand new one and also ha access for a shirt time but now cannot access the app...strange. I’ve deleted an reinstalled the app numerous times as well as updated my new IPAD’s operating system to no avail. :-( ### 1/5 — Jesus *2020-03-15* This app is a joke. Won’t even open without crashing on my iPad. Check out the app support link and it 404s. Great work devs! ### 1/5 — LAGGY CHRISTMAS *2018-12-21* so like what’s the deal with the snake game? it’s probably the most laggy thing ever?! ### 2/5 — Developers need to enable paste functionality for password setting *2026-08-28* Overall the app is great, but when creating credentials the app wont allow users to use copy and paste functionality for user credential creation and login. Wont use the app anymore u til they fix it. Not doing so forces users to create simple passwords or write them down. Both are less secure. 🤷🏼‍♂️ ### 3/5 — Camera *2022-03-15* The app does not allow users to turn off access to camera. Not sure why they need access to it either. It will not open on my iPad. It keeps saying it cannot connect to the internet.
