There are one or two, and none are both accurate and adequately designed. This app does everything I need. If the UI feels a little outdated I can only assume that’s because all of the effort is being put into the outstanding level of up to date information available in the app, and done so in the most usable way possible. Really well done app in every way that matters, I can’t say I want anything more. My only stiff is I am a NY state resident but more specifically NYC. As we all know NYC laws and permit restrictions etc are different from the rest of the state. I will there be an option in the near future to specifically show information pertaining to NYC? Otherwise I find that some of the information I’m shown for NY doesn’t necessarily align for my NYC permit specifically. ### 5/5 — Up to date !! *2024-10-09, version 4.1.1* Bought this app and the next day it had an update. The update for me was that NM no longer honors WV. Still the other apps including the WV atty general website says there is reciprocity. I called the WV Attorney General office and they checked and sure enough NM did drop WV. So, this app is way ahead of the uscca app as well as my own attorney general office. Highly recommend!! We are heading through NM next week so this app pulled through for us. ### 5/5 — Subscription renewal help 🥇 *2024-08-18, version 4.1.1* Recently renewed my subscription on my iPad and had an issue trying to have the renewed subscription register on my iPhone, contacted Customer Support and Ryan provided tremendous help. He responded quickly and helped we work through my issue exchanging several emails all with thorough and detailed steps to identify and resolve my problem. Hats off to CCW and their top notch Customer Support! The initial purchase appears not to come with updates, and when I try and restore the purchase, it instructs me to email support. That'd be fine, but I just end up receiving an error when I select to email support. I can't find the developers contact information anywhere on their official website in order to contact them about this issue. ### 1/5 — Don’t get. App immediately indicated “subscription expired”. There is a function to recover subscription and of course it fails. Emailed support but just “crickets” not even an auto-response. Cannot retrieve updates so cannot trust information for something so critical as CCW. Easy to navigate and find laws regarding CC laws, as well as states with reciprocity. It is constantly updated with all court cases, whether ongoing, or decided. Extremely useful when it comes to interstate travel.
