Service Management Software for the professional service business such as Electronics, TV Repair, Appliance Service, Rental Industries, and many other types of service businesses. Since it's release over 30 years ago, the CDA Service Manager software has become the service software of choice for over 3,300 users across the country. The Modular design can be tailored to work for any size business.

CDA Mobile is a true mobile, cloud based application that will give your road technicians full control of all their jobs without the need to access your CDA server. All jobs for any day are always at your fingertips. All edits made by technicians, including adding or ordering parts, are automatically posted in real-time to the jobs on your server. Inventory control, including trackable parts, is maintained as well. Any changes made in the desktop version of CDA will be synced to the mobile version in real-time. 

The need for taking pictures is becoming a standard routine for technicians and the time required to process, send, and attach these files to work orders has become an added expense for all service centers.  Now, with CDA Mobile, you can put that job and all the expense behind you.  It's as easy as snapping the photo and pressing the send button.  CDA Mobile will process the file and attach it directly to your work order on your CDA server in real-time.  It doesn't get any easer than that!

### 2/5 — Signature screen is not idiot proof.

Lots of crashes using the app. Often times it refuses to let me open a claim and i am forced to restart the app. If it struggles to do a function and has to load for a long time it just crashes. Long photo upload and download times. 

Also by far my biggest complaint is that the signature screen is so easy for the customer to mess up. 

If they start their signature swiping too far to the left of the screen they will slide back to the previous page. Once this happens it is impossible for me to hit the button that would take me back to the signature screen. i am forced to hit back again before i can continue to put my notes in again. Then once i finally get back to the signature screen the customer is concerned and/ or annoyed as to why it is taking so long to correct the mistake. Then once they grab hold of my phone again they fat finger something and press one of the icons at the bottom that takes them to a different page again. 

The signature screen has way too many possible buttons and functions that can accidentally result in leaving the signature screen. The signature screen needs to be more idiot proof because while i know very well how the app functions the customers absolutely do not know the intricate tricks on how to cater to the apps poor user interface. I recommend a pop up any time there is an input to leave the signature screen that requires you to confirm thats what you wanted to do.
