The enhanced CDESK app comes with a modern design and simplified navigation, allowing you to work more efficiently and comfortably. Now, you can easily create requests, manage them, and track their status directly from your mobile device. With an intuitive interface, working with the app is faster and more user-friendly than ever.

TIMER - NEW CONTROLS
• Timers are now controlled straight from the tile on the home screen; the separate full-screen edit window is gone
• When collapsed, everything sits in one row: an indicator of running timers, creating a record without starting a timer, and starting a timer
• When expanded, choose what you see: Running (default) or All active
• Edit the timer description right in the tile, across multiple lines; the preview keeps it compact on a single line
• Link a timer that has no record to a request with the Link button
• Tick Resolved to move a timer to resolved in a single tap
• Deleting a timer and adding a work report remain as compact icons

TIMER FIXES
• The work report form now opens correctly for timers with no linked record
• The work report form opens faster
• Better response of the Start and Stop buttons on the lock screen - the timer now stops immediately
• Clearer lock screen layout when several timers are running at once

TIMER
• New Timer module – track time directly in the app
• Home screen widget with an active-measurements switch and a quick start button
• Time is counted on the server, so closing the app or restarting your phone does not affect the measurement
• Jump straight from the widget to the record the timer is running on

CONTACT STATUS
• New "Contact status" field (Active / Inactive) on the contact detail
• Filter by status in the contact list, showing active contacts by default
• Inactive contacts are no longer offered in the "Requested by" and "Requested for" fields
• On existing requests the original contact is kept and visibly marked as inactive

APPROVALS AND WORK REPORTS
• Free-form approval creation completed – steps and description are now correctly pre-filled from the template
• The list of work reports under a request loads correctly again on iPhone
• Empty required fields are highlighted when quickly closing a request

BUG FIXES
• Android: the app no longer overloads the processor and drains significantly less battery
• Fixed sign-in via Office 365 / Entra ID
• Quick request closing now works when a mandatory reason is enabled
• Conditional display of checkboxes now behaves the same as on the web
• Service record: selecting a value from a list no longer jumps to another field, and switching devices always opens the default tab
