Downloaded And registered the app, waited for the Esso voucher for ages, till date have not receive any notification on the voucher

Downloaded the app and registered for an account, and am supposed to get free ESSO vouchers as a new user. 

Today I received a push notification on my phone informing me my vouchers are ready. When I click on the notification, I am brought to the “PROMOTION” page, but the page remains blank even after minutes.
