I’ve typed every password I could remember all the way back to 3rd grade. 🚮 (the extra star is because I know I’m stuck with it.) ### 1/5 — iPad A16 not supported *2025-12-27, version 4.60.0* Yeah… ### 1/5 — Does not work on iOS 26. *2025-12-05, version 4.50.0* I just upgraded my phone and now with iOS 26, eleads doesn’t work. I use the app daily so if you guys could please fix this, that would be great. ### 1/5 — Worst app. Horrible CRM *2025-10-23, version 4.50.0* Actually has to be the worst app available. It never works right, it refuses to stay logged in. And doesn’t do half of the things it’s supposed to with abysmal menu navigation. Does not recognize Face ID. ZERO notifications when that is vital to my job. Just to get into the app. It’s very frustrating especially on busiest sales days. I don’t even know where to start. It signs out every single time you leave the APP. Trying to read an email seems like a simple task, but it’s not. Normals CRM’s take you a couple clicks, this app is 5-6 clicks just to do simple things like finding your customer. God-forbid you email a customer from a different opportunity and try to go back and read those emails. Apparently they refuse to fix it. I run into a lot of issues like chatting through text. I’ll try and access the opportunity button by clicking the name and that button has never worked. Assigned leads never show in internet leads tab. Me and my colleagues will randomly stop getting notifications for texts or certain leads and we have to call support to refresh. It doesn’t sync with current inventory information in real time, there’s inventory from years ago. I just tried to confirm with my client the vehicle he inquired for - I click VOI then VIEW DETAILS & never loads… ### 1/5 — Zero Notifications *2026-05-12, version 4.60.51* Will not notify you if you have a new lead, text, or email. You’d think a banner notification would be achievable in 2026. There’s nothing crazier than checking my email to be notified that I received a text, then having to exit my email and open CDK to answer the text,new lead, email, skate. Etc. Maybe allow it so that we don’t have to press single sign in and sign on every single time. Or maybe make it so we can actually get alerts that we have text messages and emails instead of it going through our email or phone? Or how about a more usable Home Screen?
