I wasn’t sure about this app, but I took a gamble on the $250 first before paying for that outrageous cost of an in-person class. This morning I got my Class A learner’s permit from my local OMV and couldn’t be more pleased with this app. Not only was it affordable, it was easy to use, I was able to do it on my schedule, and it wasn’t outright highway robbery.
