The latest update made it useless, open the app & nothing loads. ### 1/5 — Update the app *2023-03-15* The app itself is great and has plenty of potential but you guys need to work on your subscription plans 5$ a week for what the app doesn’t even actknowledge that you have a premium every time you finish a course it prompts if you would be interested in premium and once you agree it it finally registers the account but that’s not it after that you’ll get another prompt stating congratulations for your subscription then it’ll lag and you’ll repeat the process all over again. Not to mention every time you close the app you need to repeat the process over again as well can you guys please offer an update for that because the apps pointless to have.. it takes 5 mins to finally start anything plus cmon now 20$ a month for the subscription please fix the problem I feel like all I’ve done is waist my money. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. For example it will ask specific questions on load securement of certain types of loads. i.e. Securing wood logs. The state manual only covers general guidelines on load securement and does not even mention wood logs at all. Secondly, (and most egregious) is it will insist a blatanly wrong answer is the correct answer on a question. When I engaged the AI chatbot and pasted the text directly from the state manual, the bot still insisted its answer was correct. For instance, a question was asked what was the maximum amount of air pressure loss allowed on a tractor and semi trailer combination with the engine off and the brake pedal pressed down. The correct answer is 4psi. However, the app insisted the correct answer was 3psi which would be the correct answer if the vehicle was a bus or straight (class B) truck. ### 2/5 — Bought the app PRO version *2021-08-22, version 3.1.7* And it didn’t unlock more questions nor tests, another two friends purchased it too and one had the same problem as me. Air brakes had 4 parts and 2 tests while our other friend had 8 parts and 8 tests. Verified that we had the same version of app and pro. Uninstalled app and downloaded it again/ restored purchase and same issue. Phone updated to current iOS. I have previously used this application without any issues. Unfortunately I quit studying and never went to take my test. It’s been about a year since I used it. In the week now that I’ve been back on this application, every section that I have gone through has had a at least one question that is a long series of letters, numbers, and symbols instead of an actual question. **Developer response:** Sorry for this inconvenience. Please update the app to the latest version. If the problem persists, please uninstall the app and then re-install it. Thank you for your understanding. ### 3/5 — Tests after mastering *2021-09-17* I don’t know if this was the same for anyone else. But after mastering the general test portion. (Very helpful by the way many questions similar to that of the test and helped a ton). But when it came to testing afterwards (whether it was easy or challenging; the timed versions) each test after unlocking the next one was the exact same questions as the one previously. I mastered the general of several hundred questions just to have the same 50 test after test? Where these supposed to be randomized and there was an issue?
