And your app works incorrectly it doesn’t count my progress. It was $9 couple months ago. I don’t recommend this, they have only 50 free questions, and wrongs answers that doesn’t match with the real test, don’t waste your time. Also it has doubtfully high ratings **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. A few facts, for you and for anyone else reading: Progress: a major update (3.2.1) shipped the day before your review, and we are actively investigating whether it introduced a progress-tracking bug. If you email contact@cdlhelp.com with your iOS version, we can pin it down faster - and we'll make it right if there's an issue. That being said, this is the first report we're getting in regards to progress tracking issues. Price: the monthly plan has never been $9 - the lowest monthly price in our history was $12.99, back in 2022, and monthly has been $29.99 since 2024. You may be remembering a $9.99 weekly option we briefly offered; per month, that actually cost more than the monthly plan. There are also 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans - the annual works out to about $12.50 per month. Results and ratings: since we added an in-app prompt in March asking drivers how their exam went, more than 300 have told us they passed - over 160 in July and August alone. Our 4.9 average comes from more than 5,200 ratings collected through Apple's own rating system since 2022. Questions: the bank holds 2,937 questions, drawn from the official state CDL handbooks and maintained in ten languages. Every question has a "Report an error" button; a person reads each report, and genuine mistakes get corrected. If you remember which test and question felt wrong, that report is the fastest route to a fix. There were almost no similarities. I studied seriously using this app and still failed the test. It feels misleading and unreliable for Tanker preparation. I would not recommend this app if you are preparing for the Tanker endorsement **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that the Tanker endorsement questions did not reflect what you saw on your actual exam. After reviewing your feedback, we conducted an internal review of the Tanker question pool. We found that in some states there are variations and additional question formats that were not sufficiently represented in our previous version. In response, we expanded and updated the Tanker section in our most recent app update. We added more questions and broadened topic coverage to better reflect state-by-state differences and reduce gaps like the one you experienced. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you success on your next attempt. ### 1/5 — I don't recommend *2025-09-30* I subscribed for $31 for a whole month, the application worked for only 2 days and it is no longer possible to open it! I tried to update, there were no updates! Deleted and downloaded again, all tests are closed and the subscription just disappeared! They don't return the money! **Developer response:** We're sorry — this was a real bug in that release, not something you did, and we should have said so plainly instead of pointing you to our response times. The problem that stopped the app from opening has since been fixed. Your subscription is tied to your account, so it isn't lost: update to the latest version and tap "Restore" under the listed prices to bring it back.
