## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — What’s the point.

*2022-11-24*

Can’t pair with the cdn Bluetooth probe so really what was the point of spending the money on it. Last software update was 7 years ago .

### 1/5 — Unable to use it - Crashes when trying to open

*2020-05-08*

Please fix it!

### 1/5 — Crashes all the time

*2020-03-28*

Crashes every 30 seconds. Have to close it out and reopen. Stay away.

### 1/5 — Old and terrible UX

*2019-07-10*

Extremely old and outdated app. Clearly not optimized for larger screens and modern iOS. Will be returning back to store.

### 1/5 — Won’t open: Crashes

*2018-11-22*

Crashes upon opening. Needs to be updated.

### 1/5 — Flaky

*2018-10-16*

The alarm on my phone worked the first couple times, but hasn’t since, leading to a few overcooked dishes.

Temperature readings jump around +/- 100°. Inserting both probes in the same dish can yield very different readings.

Device loses connection frequently.

### 2/5 — Bluetooth connection

*2018-01-14*

Blue tooth constantly disconnects and app freezes. I need to delete and reinstall

### 3/5 — Seems fine so far

*2019-12-28*

Just started using today. Paired with the thermometer quickly.
Wish it offered Apple Watch support or at least iOS macros.
App had not been updated in 4 years.

I would pay a few bucks for a premium version that offered more options.

### 3/5 — Poor charting

*2016-11-18*

Just purchased this Bluetooth temperature probe from my smoker. Sounded good, but when I looked at the temperature chart, it is a joke. There is no way to change either scale. The temperature scale is from -30 to 240 and the time range is 3 minutes. This is useless to anyone. It still remains to be seen if the predictor works or not.

### 4/5 — So Far So Good

*2020-12-27*

Used it for the first time tonight on chicken legs. Connectivity was fine. Used 2 probes and although they read close to the same temp the times were drastically different until the last 15 minutes of cooking. I left the legs in past the temp alarm to ensure they were done. They came out perfect and very moist.
