I take 6 different medications and after loading them in my account I tried to find a participating pharmacy. Trying preferred, rx for less, and retail options they all come up not covered by CDPHP. I called and verified they are covered but the CS person had no idea why the app wasn’t working. I’m done and will compare pricing on each different pharmacy website. I have requested that only 1 of my prescriptions be delivered via “mail order”! Even after confirmation that they understood, I am still getting notifications that they are going to ship an Rx vs my local pharmacy. “Yikes”! Still can’t believe how quick and painless. Thanks!!! ### 3/5 — What Happened? *2023-07-06* Prior to the last update it was working as described and I could even see what other pharmacies my medicine was at, now it takes forever to load and when it does it just takes me to my medicines info. Accepts my username and password then sends a security code to my email. After I enter the code it pops me back to the log in page. I cannot get by this.
