I take 6 different medications and after loading them in my account I tried to find a participating pharmacy. Trying preferred, rx for less, and retail options they all come up not covered by CDPHP. I called and verified they are covered but the CS person had no idea why the app wasn’t working. I’m done and will compare pricing on each different pharmacy website. I have requested that only 1 of my prescriptions be delivered via “mail order”! Even after confirmation that they understood, I am still getting notifications that they are going to ship an Rx vs my local pharmacy. “Yikes”! Accepts my username and password then sends a security code to my email. After I enter the code it pops me back to the log in page. I cannot get by this. Accepts my username and password then says sending a verification code to my email but it never happens. Please fix this. ### 2/5 — Not working AGAIN!!! *2023-05-31* It sits, spins, and counts down and quits. Very unreliable. You have to keep reaching out to support to get it to work. I’ve tried several times now ### 3/5 — What Happened? *2023-07-06* Prior to the last update it was working as described and I could even see what other pharmacies my medicine was at, now it takes forever to load and when it does it just takes me to my medicines info. Problem is if you want to do anything else, too bad. Now I can view pricing and talk to my doctor right in my visit about cheaper alternatives before going to pick up my prescription. I’ll never be surprised by cost at the pharmacy counter again. ### 5/5 — Great app for prescription drugs *2021-08-03* Easy to use, one place for all my meds!! The data is super accurate (better info than my doctor).
