• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Would be a pretty good app, if it wasn’t for the hassle of renewing a subscription. Half the time, it renews through iTunes, but shows subscription expired, and you have to go through customer service to get it unlocked. And then they ask you to subscribe through their website, but give you no way to actually pay for it. Starting to think Raken is the better way to go, even if it is “bulkier”.

**Developer response:** We are sorry that you had issues with the app not correctly renewing your subscription. We have resolutions to this issue now, please reach out if you are still having this issue and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible. We don't believe any other customers will experience this same issue because we have taken action and made changes to help prevent it. Again, sorry for the issues you experienced and thank you for letting us know so we can improve.
