Would be a pretty good app, if it wasn’t for the hassle of renewing a subscription. Half the time, it renews through iTunes, but shows subscription expired, and you have to go through customer service to get it unlocked. And then they ask you to subscribe through their website, but give you no way to actually pay for it. Starting to think Raken is the better way to go, even if it is “bulkier”.

We have resolutions to this issue now, please reach out if you are still having this issue and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible. We don't believe any other customers will experience this same issue because we have taken action and made changes to help prevent it.
