It crashes after looking at it for just a few moments or as soon as it logs in. The website isn’t much better.

This app is in desperate need of support. First problem is that it doesn’t interact with any password programs (iPhone or LastPass). It also does not allow you to paste your password, which means that if you want to login and you have a lengthy password with a lot of letters and characters, it will take you a long time. If you try to paste something, it will ask you if you want to allow paste in the app and even if you say yes, it still does not allow it. It’s basically worthless. On no app or service anywhere am I entering 20 digit passwords by memory.

Your app is terrible, lags, won’t remember passwords, glitches, no one answers the phone number. My kid who’s 17 could design a more functional app!!!!

This app does its job, but just barely. Super outdated, no Face ID, buggy… guys seriously this is a financial application that we are locked into using as your customers, not an iPhone game. Please update, to be able to use Face ID at the very minimum.
