The interface is horrible and it’s extremely discouraging to see reviews from 5 years ago listing the same issues. First problem is that it doesn’t interact with any password programs (iPhone or LastPass). It also does not allow you to paste your password, which means that if you want to login and you have a lengthy password with a lot of letters and characters, it will take you a long time. If you try to paste something, it will ask you if you want to allow paste in the app and even if you say yes, it still does not allow it. It’s basically worthless. It would be 4 stars if the login info at least saved so you didn’t have to enter every time. I have to dig around to find real time information. As an ATM operator, I would like to get real time information concerning my terminals at first glance. The transaction counts don't line up with terminal or settlement dates so it's hard to monitor machines with this app. Also, the "remember me" option no longer works, so I have to enter my user ID each time I login.
