Constantly glitched and never worked!

After initially unlocking the scooter I placed the lock directly back into the scooter. You should not replace the lock directly into the scooter until your ride is over and you are ready to finalize the ride and return the scooter. This resulted in some minor difficulties and confusion at the end of the ride.
