The application enables roadside tyre workshop owners, known as Wheel Xperts, to digitally register with CEAT, inspect vehicles, capture tyre-replacement opportunities and track leads throughout the sales journey. Dealers can access allotted leads, contact customers, record completed tyre sales and submit invoice details for approval. Administrators can approve Wheel Xpert registrations, manage users and Dealer mappings, configure the default Dealer and access business reports.
