They have no decent customer service to talk to for any issues, delays cancellations And any changes you might have. The worst thing is that they take advantage of any situation to be able to get out of any responsibility they have. They cancelled our flight due to weather and we got stucked in Hongkong for 3 days. They said it will take 15 days to receive the credit and I called after 20 days and the refund was not going to get processed if I didn’t call. ### 1/5 — Destination not working *2026-08-24, version 3.84.0* I downloaded this for easier browsing. The part where you input the destination is NOT working. Therefore, totally useless app. Im using IP16 pro 26.6 ### 1/5 — Worst app in the history of apps *2026-08-23, version 3.84.0* Nothing on the app works at all. It freezes, won’t load properly, 110% useless. ### 1/5 — Junk!! *2026-08-21, version 3.84.0* I made a tiny mistake of misspelling the destination because that’s easy to do when you’re a foreigner. I spent over three hours with her customer support text messaging system. When it was all said and done with they made it sound like hey perfect we got you covered. They wanted to charge me another 30,000 on top of the 15,000 that I already paid for the flights and it wouldn’t include any of the additional add-ons that I already paid for. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. You’re better off walking to another island, taking a ferry or find another airline. ### 1/5 — Constantly broken, how???? *2026-08-17, version 3.83.3* They really need Better coders. The site and app are always having problems.. can’t login.. can’t checkout, Euffff…. How is this possible to have everything broken here? It’s an art ### 1/5 — The Worst Airline App *2026-08-07, version 3.83.3* The app is pretty much useless. Can’t do any changes to your booking because every time you try to manage your booking, it just takes you right back to home page. So annoying! ### 1/5 — failed login *2026-08-02, version 3.83.3* it wont let me login to my account after MULTIPLE times. ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2026-07-18, version 3.83.2* App is horrible cannot press anything whats the point of having it when you cannot use it ### 5/5 — No issues *2026-07-14, version 3.83.2* I book flights at least 3 times a year local or international and I have never had an issue! ### 1/5 — 世界一使えないアプリ‼️かも😂笑 *2026-07-12* 座席指定をするためにアプリで手続きを進めましたが、最後の画面になると最初の画面に戻ってしまう現象を何度も繰り返しました。 困りはててコールセンターへ連絡したところ、日本人スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、電話で座席を確保してくださいました。対応には本当に感謝しています。 しかし、その後が問題でした。 座席指定料金はアプリで決済するよう案内されたため再度手続きを行いました。が、決済画面になるとまた最初の画面に戻ってしまいます。そのたびに予約番号とメールアドレスを入力し直さなければならず、とてもストレスでした。 さらに、このアプリは決済が完了しないと荷物の追加やチェックインなど、ほとんど何も手続きができません。 しかも、荷物の追加予約をアプリで済ませられない場合、空港カウンターでは約4倍の料金がかかることになり、非常に不親切だと感じました。 この不具合は、日本出発前だけでなく滞在先のセブ島でも改善されず、結局、往復とも空港カウンターで手続きをすることに。 アプリとしては正直、ほとんど使い物になりませんでした。 一方で、関西国際空港のコールセンターの日本人スタッフの方々、そして空港カウンター責任者の日本人スタッフの皆様の対応は本当に素晴らしく、とても救われました。心から感謝しています。 アプリには大きな改善を期待します。 さて……再びセブ島へ行くことはあるのでしょうか（笑）😂 ## Frequently asked questions about Cebu Pacific ### What does the Cebu Pacific app do?
