Conveniently let’s me know how many minutes left to wash/dry and also gives me a beep when finished. I feel like it’s a bit pricey for the size loads able to wash and the machines themselves do not do all that good of a job getting my clothes to feel and smell clean, even when I cut my small load in half! Machines could also be kept a bit more tidy. I’m amazed at how disgusting “my neighbors” are. App logged me out one day and said it couldn’t find my location when I put back in the registration code even though it works for other in my complex. Haven’t been able to log in and it took the money I had in my account with it.
