I’ve had this app and the previous version. None of them worked correctly… ### 2/5 — New version crashing *2022-11-08, version 20.2* Not ready for prime time… **Developer response:** To use Fast Balances you simply need to enable the feature. Hover over the Profile tab, then Profile Updates, the choose Manage Fast Balances. You can enable the suffixes you want to see and you can choose which devices on your account to enable. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2022-10-25, version 2.1* It seems like every other day this app is having an issue. Every time I try and login the app seems to forget about my Face ID settings. It forces me to put my full login info in and is extremely tedious. There is no point of having a Face ID feature if it never works. If the app was constantly receiving updates it wouldn’t be as infuriating, but they seem to have forgotten about this app entirely. ### 3/5 — Better than the Old App, could still use some help. *2022-01-09, version 2.1* The Touch ID login worked for a while it can’t get it to anymore with out locking myself out. I always have to remind myself that this is a small Credit Union with 5 or 6 branches and it works most of the time. The addition of Zelle to send money is welcome. I’ve stopped having to log in to the website every week, but I think the menus could be organized differently. ### 3/5 — Mehhh *2020-02-26, version 2.0* This app gets the basics done. I’m new to the bank (I’ve been with BofA), so still getting used to it. Can’t sign up for bill pay. Can’t have multiple accounts linked without signing in and out. Check deposit works when it wants to. Really clunky. I wish this app would behave like the app for another online bank where I have an account. I love the actual bank (Leonardtown Branch). We’ve been customers for 30 years. Staff are super friendly and helpful and provide all kinds of services including wire transfers and notary. ### 1/5 — Terrible App from a Terrible Bank *2019-12-14, version 1.1* Run away fast from the app and the institution!!! App is full of fine print for every feature. Want to deposit a check? App is at least five years behind the competition. You get to take a picture of each side separately and manually. Want to deposit more than $3k. You are SOL. Never mind that other banks have much higher limits for their mobile deposits. Cedar Point will never join the 21st century so don’t bother.
