They told me I have a concerning area and are trying to give me a biopsy a month 1/2 out. this is not acceptable. I have called and left 6 messages with zero return calls. The care has been above just service. Care is excellent. I refer all my friends. They always put patient care above all. 2 years ago when I lost my home and fell on hard times they gave me care anyway giving me a hardship. All my copays were covered by them. I the person was more important than the profit margin. ### 5/5 — A truly impressive, cutting-edge app. *2026-01-18, version 7.1.3* Now, I will mention from the start that I lack any experience with other healthcare-focused apps, so my opinion of CS Link is based solely on my use of it alone, however I have been so impressed with the abundance of features and the general ease of use throughout my time in the application that I can’t really imagine how other alternatives or competitors might be doing a better job. It is incredibly easy to get anything you need done accomplished within a very short time, whether that is scheduling an appointment, viewing records or lab results, virtual video healthcare visits with providers or messaging your doctor — it all just works. You can connect the app to an external monitoring device like an Apple Watch to sync the records of any bodily functions you may be monitoring. You can easily view and download your entire medical history records which is super helpful for insurance purposes as well. Kudos to the developers for doing such a good job, especially when these sorts of location/company specific apps tend to be very basic or poorly designed. ### 1/5 — Not patient friendly *2026-01-03, version 7.1.1* I beyond disappointed with this hospital. Or, how can I stop this? ### 1/5 — The world’s worst app *2026-08-05, version 9.4.1* You would think that a medical app that gets billions of dollars a year would be able to develop and design a half decent app that allows people to actually sign in. We should not be required to get a new mobile device to use the most recent version. On top of this the ENT Dept only has an answering service day and night and no one from the dept can be reached and they don’t call you back . I tried 4 times . Not sure what the purpose is if this app as it does nothing ! ### 1/5 — Worst app EVER *2026-05-04, version 9.0.0* The doctors assistants don’t get most of the messages, so you end up having to call and wait on hold for an hour to reach someone which is what the app was supposed to help you AVOID. I received a developer response saying they don’t require the app. This is just not accurate. If you search for Cedar’s and then click on the sign in option on an Apple device it forces you to the App Store instead of the login page. Every physician has been very good - with excellent follow up from each medical discipline. I have seen several Cedars physicians and I had an excellent experience. Patient care was great while I was inpatient. All my follow ups and interactions with physicians has been first class. She’s very responsible, responsive willing to solve problems. Call people reach out and get back to me follow up. Let’s recognize her excellence and her dedication to her patient and to the doctors with whom she works. I’d also like to recognize Dr. Vivian Chu an excellent endocrinologist and pharmacist she’s basically kept my mother alive and well over the past year. Dr. John and (Derm) was nothing short of a medical wizard. He cleared up my mother‘s psoriasis. We’re very grateful to him. He educated us about any potential side effects thank God which she had none. Dr. Stibleman has been an excellent Podiatrist and taking good care of my mother’s feet and provide provided excellent service for her. Dr Matthew Sayre is one of the best Primary Care Physician’s. We’ve had the privilege to work with. excellent in his knowledge and in his ability to listen and really value patients and communicate clearly and with compassion we’re very grateful for him. ### 5/5 — Video Visit *2026-06-24, version 9.2.0* Dr Harris was thorough and delightful. You should have a search bar to find one that’s not listed like a telephone directory so you can send messages to my doctors that aren’t on my List. Also although I have no new messages, a red dot is always there indicating that I do. Please remove. I have achieved all messages. Please address. It’s irritating. I joined CS about 5 months ago and for the first time I have found all my health information in one place available to all my medical team. This app takes the burden off of me to keep track of all information and carry them to various medical providers. This is truly fantastic site and very easy to navigate and contact the medical staff.
