Once you get in the custom avatar feature doesn’t work. The avatar maker is sloppy and incomplete. This app is below what should be allowed on the App Store at this time. In the future it would be great to see this app updated and functioning, as well as some new features, the VR coordination works well and the atmosphere is decent. Seemed like such a great product on the surface. I made the mistake of paying for the yearly subscription. I was able to get into the app just fine. I was able to maneuver for the most part. I even watch the behind-the-scenes videos. MY issue is that NONE of the movies play. No instructions anywhere on how anything works - how to vote - how to use CEEK coins. Also, customer service is terrible. All I get is “we will forward to our technical team. Thank you for your patience.” Then nobody responds until the next day. Right now it’s been more than a day. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Sadly, I had already told my followers that I was going to subscribe, based on my initially being able to view the behind-the-scenes videos. I assumed the concert ones would work too. I’m going and recommending the not download or purchase a subscription - not until they fix this. I may now cancel my yearly subscription.
