## What is Celayix Team Xpress?

The Celayix Team Xpress App features a number of capabilities, including availability submission, self-scheduling, shift confirmation, clock-in/out, safety check, time-off requests, and more for your scheduling and time tracking needs.

SCHEDULES
Team members can view and confirm their schedules, as well as receive and acknowledge any shift changes.

CLOCK-IN/CLOCK-OUT
Team members can clock-in/out of shifts, record meal breaks and perform safety checks directly from the app, avoiding a dedicated time capture device at every location. The result is precise time capture and compliance record, all delivered to supervisors in real time, notifying them of late arrivals and missed shifts.

TIME SHEETS
Mobile or field team members can keep track of time spent on projects or customers right on their mobile device and deliver their tracked hours to supervisors in real time for accurate payroll and billing.

AVAILABILITY
Team members can submit and communicate their availability to supervisors. This reduces the amount of time spent creating schedules. In cases of missed shifts, supervisors can also use the availability module to quickly find replacements without spending hours calling around.

TIME OFF
Team members can submit Time Off requests for supervisor review and approval with decisions communicated back through the app. 

MESSAGING
Communicate in real time through in-app messaging, eliminating the need to use other methods such as email, text, or phone.

I was scheduled to work in a site and I tried to check in; its not working. When I refreshed the map it’s just changing from place to another even though I am not moving. It’s so frustrating and always locating a bit far from where I am standing.

The alignment of the buttons in the app for the new iPhone 17 Pro Max does not align with the screen clicking on the phone. Everything seems to be off an eighth of an inch where you have to click approximately 1/8 of an inch lower than the actual selection on the screen. This is messing up, selecting dates in the date picker for availability and other actions when trying to click the buttons on the bottom of the screen.

We identified this as an iOS 26-specific issue where certain interactions (like opening the calendar) caused the screen layout to shift, leading to misaligned tap targets. This has now been fixed, and the app should behave correctly.

Every time I click on the date to choose my specific dates, the app buttons shift downwards. In order to click the buttons I have to click below the actual button for it to register and the buttons on the bottom of the screen are unclickable until I force restart the app. THIS HAS MESSED UP MY BOOKINGS FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS

I’ve been using the app for a few years now but today I decided to complain about the app. 
The app goes blank exactly at times you need it the most, over and over and over.

Concept is good. But it freeze up a lot. At least 2-3 times  a week when I try to use the app it buffers then freezes. I have to delete the app & reload it to be able to use it. Some of us using this app need to have the supervisor sign us in or out because we’re not able to.

App keeps freezing and constantly having to re start my phone. Once restarted i have to enter all the info again just for it to freeze AGAIN.

This app was running pretty smoothly with the occasional bug… but, more recently their latest updates caused an error to appear that only a past date availability is acceptable… and even when you enter the time frame noted in the error message, there’s still an error. So, in essence, you can’t enter availability freely because Celayix will block it and show an error message.  Please fix the issue… it’s extremely inconvenient. Thanks
