I did it multiple times, in good lighting, no hat or covering, and the passport photo clearly looks like me. I’m told it’s a 0% match each time. After years of buying Hotlink each visit, I am throwing away this new Celcom SIM and going back to Maxis tomorrow. ### 1/5 — Extremely poor registration experience *2026-01-31, version 3.0.79* I’m unable to complete the SIM registration. The passport scanning interface has no guiding frame at all, making it impossible to align the document. Even after capturing a clear photo, the "Submit" button remains unresponsive. Celcom used to be reliable, but now the internet is slow, the line keeps dropping, and the coverage is totally unstable. Even using mobile data feels frustrating — the speed goes up and down, and sometimes it doesn’t load at all. If this is the result of the “network integration”, it’s really disappointing. I hope CelcomDigi takes this seriously because customers are paying every month, yet the quality keeps getting worse. If this continues, many users will definitely switch to other telcos. ### 2/5 — Updated version *2025-11-29, version 3.0.78* After the updates, cannot go inside the app and loading time when pay the bill.
