I can’t even get the app to open when I use hotspot (I was trying to top up my internet- so was using another mobile provider hotspot). Disappointing with the whole app. Even my total due not showing. Just taking a long time to load so I don’t bother checking because I can’t even click on the check bill. I’ll just wait when they send reminder to pay my bill. It’s just ridiculous. A blue page with your butterfly...usually people upgraded their apps for a better user friendly but not this new apps. Seriously the older version NEVER troubpe me at all.
