## What is CelCue?

Plan the frames before production gets complicated.

CelCue is an offline X-sheet and animation-timing workspace for hand-drawn animation, stop-motion planning and small creative teams. Build a vertical exposure sheet, rehearse its timing and hand off readable files without an account.

BUILD A CLEAR X-SHEET

• Keep multiple local projects and scenes
• Choose integer 12, 15, 24, 25, 30, 48 or 60 fps
• Add character, effects, camera, background or custom columns
• Enter custom holds or generate exposure runs on 1s, 2s or 3s
• Add action, dialogue, sound, camera, beat and note markers
• Generate beat markers from a BPM value you enter

READ AND REHEARSE

Inspect frame numbers, non-drop-frame timecode, cue markers, drawing changes and held-drawing notation in a vertical grid. Scrub or run a visual playhead at half, normal or double speed and see the labels active at each frame.

CHECK THE ENTERED PLAN

CelCue identifies gaps, overlaps, out-of-range blocks and long holds in the information you entered. Diagnostics are prompts for review, not artistic judgments or delivery approval.

EXPORT AND BACK UP

Create CSV, timing text, PDF and JSON files on device. Restore a validated CelCue JSON backup. Inspect every export before using it in a production pipeline.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account, developer server, ads, analytics, tracking or third-party SDK. No camera, photo, microphone, location, contact or notification permission. Data stays on the device unless you choose to export or share it.

IMPORTANT LIMITS

CelCue plans timing from human-entered values. It does not draw, animate, composite, render, import or analyze audio/video, perform lip-sync, synchronize with production playback, open proprietary studio formats or certify delivery readiness. Timecode is non-drop-frame. Verify timing, naming, media rights, compatibility and delivery in approved production software.
