맞는 이메일을 넣어도 회원가입한 이메일 아니라고 비밀번호 찾기도 안되고, 그렇다고 그 이메일로 다시 로그인하먼 비밀번호가 아니라고 라고.. 그렇다고 다른 이메일로 회원가입하려하면 안되는 이메일이 뜨고 이런경우엔 뭐 회원가입한 전화번호로 로그인하기 이런거라도 있어아되는거 아닌가요…

Emailed their support about implementing payment options for countries outside of Korea and they said I’d happen in September. No payment option was added and at this point I don’t think it’ll ever happen so no point of waiting around. Don’t say you’re going to implement a feature and never do it.

애플 로그인을 들어가 개인정보 동의를 하고 최종 3단계가 지나면 로그인이 아닌 ‘회원가입’ 문구가 뜨게 됩니다. 그래서 ‘회원가입’을 클릭하게 되면 이미 로그인 내역이 있는 계정이라며 계속 ’애플 로그인‘이라는 문구가 뜨고 처음부터 다시 애플 로그인을 들어가면 다시 또 ’회원가입‘ 창으로 넘어가는 일이 반복됩니다. 어떻게 해결해야 하나요 ?

몇달전에 캡쳐를 잘못해서 정지먹엇었는데 계속 풀리지도 않고 계정 로그인 자체도 안되는데 자세한 안내사항도 없고 그냥 영구정지 해버리는건 좀 아니지않나요~

단순 1회 캡처 시도로는 절대 정지되지 않으며, 다수의 캡처 시도시에만 서비스 이용 제한이 됩니다. 이러한 이용 제한도 1일 3일등 일시 제한을 하고 있으며, 영구 정지가 되셨다면 수차례 경고에도 불구하고 무시하고 지속해서 캡처를 시도하셔서 영구 정지가 되었을 것입니다. 

혹시 그렇지 않은데도 영구정지가 된 것이라면 셀럽히어 공식 이메일(celebhere@celebhere.com)으로 문의해주시면 도움드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
