Then, when I tried calling the vendor, the phone line kept getting disconnected. **Update** Today, I was able to make 4 purchases to deliver to 3 different locations. Signs of improvement?? I’m hopeful. ### 1/5 — Impossible to get one gift for multiple addresses *2025-12-18, version 4.5.1* Every year, the feature to buy one gift for multiple addresses is either missing in action, doesn’t work, or is impossible to find in the app. I have 15-20 people I’d like to send the same item to, most all at different addresses. It takes forever to order the items individually. Takes forever to wait on the phone with customer service. Such a basic function for the business that these folks are in, so essential for their biggest customers, and yet completely missing. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-12-15, version 4.5.1* Tried to place order… did not give free shipping despite me having the celebration passport and the item I was trying to order being eligible for the passport… tried calling to correct this issue… people on phone are completely incompetent and kept placing me on hold trying to figure out what was wrong. We have never been disappointed with their service & products EVER. We have had about 3 shipping date errors which were all rectified immediately with over and above conscientious care. This time it was Mothers Day AGAIN!!!! they call me the Friday before Mothers Day and tell me the items are not available and they can’t get a replacement item to the recipient’s until next week! Even though the orders were placed and even still show confirmed delivery date on the app. This app is a scam! I paid the yearly fee to get items delivered free and not only have they cancelled orders and not delivered as promised, they also charge shipping fees stating occasions (basically every holiday) are not included in the membership. Don’t waste your money! Ex; APP15, Thank20…. Stop sending me these discounts on my next purchase if I you will not honor them! Also anything I check to be delivered in the month of December is costing me $9.99 or $12.99 add fee! no matter what day I select for shipping! The whole point of paying for the passport was to avoid this.
