Our installer is amazing and great with anything we may need help with. The app however struggles with connectivity when power goes out. Sometimes taking multiple attempts to reconnect to the server while sitting 7 feet from my router and the brain of the lights. ### 4/5 — Needs some UX enhancements *2025-12-17* The app works great and you’re able to make highly customizable light configurations, but the UI and UX needs a little more thought put into it. You pay top dollar for a system and it regularly craps out because of buggy software. I turn the schedule on and it just stays off even if there’s something scheduled, and when I try to select one of my saved presets it shows up green as if that’s what’s on but doesn’t actually turn the lights on. ### 2/5 — Update terrible *2024-03-03, version 2.1.01000* My lights don’t light up any of the presets anymore ### 3/5 — App needs an update *2024-02-13, version 2.1.00000* Since the last update, when you set your lights to the preset you want and then go back to the preset the app shows a disconnect. Then you have to resign onto the network. If you close the app and then restart it, you have no issues choosing the preset you want. This was not an issue prior to the latest update. For example, I set the Maple Leafs preset and when they score I select the goal preset. I must restart the app to make the selection. ### 2/5 — New update has many bugs *2024-02-08, version 2.0.15000* A few bugs in this update. Entering a new event defaults to today’s date, rather than the day selected on the calendar, as it used to. I also wish you could choose custom dates for repeats, or copy events for certain dates (ie., home team games for team colours) I find it loses cloud connection quite a lot when doing multiple scheduling events, and I have to close the app and start over again, often losing the details of the event in the process. The only thing I would like to add is a preview page where by you can select a preset, pattern and colour without it automatically emitting on the house. I then need to resume schedule every time. Kind of annoying. App developers: please test your software and fix critical bugs. ### 1/5 — The Worst App *2024-11-23, version 2.1.17000* It seems there are never app updates for this app which is ironic as it is the worst app I have ever used. Bug problems like schedules deciding to end on their own. Not user friendly at all, the buttons are confusing. There is now way to view one of the light patterns once you have saved it to your list. Difficult to move around to the different screens. The “main screen” is confusing and does not even feel like a main page. It is hard to describe, but it is almost like they asked an IT coding nerd to also design the app. It looks terrible, is difficult to figure out, the scheduling is hit or miss whether it will work. I have linked it to my Google and added the lights to an automation to turn on and off, however every other day the lights don’t turn on, or turn themselves off.
