When you book a cruise with Celebrity Cruises, our app gives you everything you need to plan your vacation and create memories at sea. Find useful tips on what to pack, gather the travel documents you need, and get reminders to check in before sailing day. Reserve shore excursions for every port as well as unique ship excursions and exclusive experiences, purchase or upgrade a drinks package for endless toasts, and an internet package to stay connected and share your experiences in real-time, while at sea – though the app is free to use on your ship’s Wi-Fi network.  

Put relaxation on the calendar with spa and wellness packages and make dining reservations at our globally inspired specialty restaurants. Going to be a first time cruiser on Celebrity was trying to work with the computer webpage. It was awful but when switching to the app, it was like going from the Princess telephone 1967 to a. iPhone. The app is very well organized. My only criticism is it needs to be wider for iPads

I feel like the website as a first time cruiser is very un useful! There is no way to ask a question, there is no FAQ section, it has no definitive direction on a dress code for all occasions. Is the formal night suit and tie or is it dress pants and a nice shirt.  As a first time cruiser I wish irt offer more tips on our room choice.  We always wanted to cruise and if this is how Celebrity welcomes guest that have never traveled this way will probably be seeking other companies that are more willing to help me out as opposed to once you have my email address you are blowing it up with Cruise offers for other places but nothing to benefit me on the cruise I am about to take. If I am not satisfied by some perks on this first cruise others will definitely be out of the question. We got a no balcony room because we were unsure.  Are there chances for upgrades because cancellations ? Most of all I would like a FAQ section

Love Love Love our entire cruise!  Very friendly and hardworking crew!  Special thanks to Pipit, Ladyle, and Tristan in Grand Epinade for our almost daily dinner, they mad our meals service very memorable and thank you for the wonderful delicious food from the galley chefs.  This is our second Celebrity Cuise on Solstice, we hope to be back!!!
