But it is free, so how can anybody complain? It is accurate, fast, and you can see the chart of the moment for your location, as well as create a chart for someone. If you don’t know astrology, this app is not going to help you very much. It is a no-frills free app from the makers of the #1 astrology software, Solar Fire. If you need explanations and definitions, come back once you don’t need those anymore, and you will find this a useful tool that is well worth the download. Remember, it’s FREE! ### 4/5 — Great app but... *2019-08-29, version 1.2A* I have used this app for years and love it, but recent changes to the web site it uses have caused a problem. It no longer waits 5 minutes to refresh but rather refreshes in 30 seconds or less. I can’t even read to the end of the weather page before it refreshes. I contacted the company about this and they told me it Does show retrograde planets. Basically only use this when I don’t have service. Squares, oppositions, conjunctions, trines, sextiles etc? I am seeing here now a Sun square Saturn sextile Pluto and it doesn't even appear on the tab weather. There is nothing about it. Each and every time you want to pull a chart, you need to re-input all information because it does not save charts. However, I just discovered that it doesn't work offline, you need a wifi connection in order to do a chart. Given the crude graphics and UI, I'd hazard a guess that this isn't a native app at all, but a web app ported to iOS in the least expensive manner. It certainly lacks polish and is a bit of a pain to use but I guess the thinking is: what do you expect for free? It is and has been a reliable useful tool. Obviously not intended for complex analyses as a stand-alone. It is like the Swiss Army knife for astrological fieldwork.
