## What is Celestial Radio?

Celestial Radio turns your phone into an artistic sky receiver.

Point the camera at the night sky. Soft markers appear where real celestial objects sit tonight — pulsars, quasars, planets, black holes, and deep-sky engines. Aim the reticle, Lock a station, and listen.

This is not a scientific instrument. Every voice is synthesized for atmosphere — inspired by radio astronomy, shaped for wonder. Positions use live sky math so the Sun, Moon, and planets land where they belong.

Deeper sky songs and cleaner lock-screen listening.

• Each locked station now has a longer, more unique melody — pulsars like Crab and Vela feel related but not identical
• Minor and Cinema modes lean into a slower, cosmic score feel (pads, long themes, deep bass)
• Aurora stays bright with a lead line; Void is a quieter major-pad hush — no longer the same sound
• Listen mode switches rebind audio immediately, so Organ no longer briefly plays Aurora’s song
• “On Air” Live Activity clears when nothing is playing or after the app is force-quit

Meteor showers — active showers light up the sky with radiant stations, a soft audio bed, and a local reminder at 21:00 on peak night (Perseids, Geminids, and more)

Sky event card — open an event for peak date, ZHR, radiant, parent body, and Tune radiant
