One day I logged out of the Celia app and when I tried to log in again it asked me for my email and password so I entered them and a message came up saying “We do not have an account with this email”. I was surprised and tried to log in several times but every time I entered the email I received the same answer so I removed the app from my phone, reinstalled it and tried to log in but the answer was the same “We do not have an account with this email”. I registered a new account with the same email and logged in to the Celia app as a new user and received a message from Zoey from Celia but it did not have a link or anything to contact or inquire about. I tried to call from within the Celia app but I did not find a link or email but I found a chat with no answer.
