Whoever developed this useless app should be sacked! Clearly they have no idea on what they’re doing!! Support when contacted either have no idea or simply no response. -5 out of 10! Tried some troubleshooting from the support email but. Nothing worked and they stopped replying to me. It kept telling me my password was incorrect, so I clicked on “forgot password”. Created a new one. Was told to check my emails for a code. It never arrived. Checked spam. Not there. Got a text message next day with the same offer. Went through it all again. The code is not arriving in my email inbox. Every time I go through celebrations I have to give them my mobile number to gain the points but cannot access anything in the app to allow me to use them. Has been about 3 months now and it remains the same.
