## What is CELLARUM?

Cellarium is a private cellar notebook for collectors who want a clearer way to track what they own, what it is worth, and when it is ready to open.

Build a structured cellar across wine, whisky, spirits, and coffee. Log producer, region, vintage or release year, quantity, purchase price, current value, flavor profile, drink window, storage location, and tasting score. The cellar view keeps search, filters, inventory value, and quick add controls close at hand.

Tasting tools help you capture sensory notes with consistent scoring axes, star ratings, and structured summaries. Insights turn your collection into useful snapshots, including total value, bottle count, category mix, and upcoming drink windows.

Cellar Lab adds a pro planning and education layer for collectors:

- Cellar Advisor readiness score.
- Drink-now picks based on drink-window urgency.
- Cleanup counts for missing bins, values, windows, photos, and tasting notes.
- Region and category concentration checks.
- 16 offline reference cards for storage, tasting, service, audit, value, and pairing decisions.
- Source-backed guidance with links for further reading.

Everything is designed for personal inventory and tasting-note use. Cellarium does not sell alcohol, does not enable transactions, does not provide live market pricing, does not require an account, does not collect personal data, and includes a privacy manifest declaring no tracking.
