Website tells me to download the app, the app will not let me select input boxes to register data, clearly bad coding. This product is both garbage and a scam. Luckily i’m not learning this before my screen was broken so now I know to buy REAL protection. I’ve been trying for the last week, and after 3 times having to start over completely in this onerous process, thought I’d gotten to the end - only to have it inform me that it can’t (won’t?) upload my information, despite retrying that step dozens of times. I’m not sure I’ll be able to get it registered within their 30 day time limit. Ashley noted that the only way to register was through the app. I told her my concern and she noted that sometimes people give a poor rating rather than seek help or resolution. She told me to contact her if I had issues.
