## What is CELLOG?

Remember each person and plan the next act of care.

CELLOG helps pastors, administrators, and cell-group leaders at Sejong All Nations Church organize member lists, pastoral visits, and follow-up notes. The app interface is currently in Korean.

• Record care: Keep notes about meetings, calls, visits, prayer, and other activities.
• Organize members: Ministers and leaders can view assigned members, birthdays, and recent care records.
• Track report reading: Administrators and ministers can privately distinguish their own read and unread reports.
• Plan follow-up: Record who needs another call or visit and when to reconnect.
• Use the calendar: Browse records and birthdays by date and add new entries.
• Find and export: Search or filter records and share a CSV file.
• Manage groups: Create a group or join with an invitation code, then manage member roles and departments.

Members have administrator, minister, or leader roles and belong to Adult, Young Adult, Youth, or Sunday School departments. Authors can view their own reports; within a shared department, ministers can read leaders’ reports and administrators can read ministers’ and leaders’ reports. Administration alone does not grant report access, and readers cannot edit or delete other authors’ reports. Share invitations and CSV exports through the iOS share sheet.

An email account and an internet connection are required. The app is free, with no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Privacy information and support are available through links in the app and on the support website.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-24

Fixed department report access for assigned ministers. Added activity notifications, private/group/staff calendar sharing, department colors, church news, monthly and weekly report views, status messages, and staff access to assigned flock notes.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-22

Administrators now open cell reports directly without a roster switch. Administrators and ministers can see and filter their own read and unread reports. Opening a report saves its read state privately for that account; leaders do not see read indicators. The Korean app name and search keywords now include 셀로그.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-22

Members now have three roles: administrator, minister, and leader, and member lists are sorted by role and name. Tap Adult, Young Adult, Youth, or Sunday School in the member list to assign departments; within a department, higher roles can read cell reports. Administrators now find cell reports and the member roster in one tab. The CELLOG logo appears for one second at startup. Choose Adult, Young Adult, Youth, or Sunday School before recording care; the selected department is saved with the record and appears in lists, details, and CSV exports.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-15

The calendar now shows major Christian observances and Korean holidays. Select a date to add and manage schedules.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-12

Added private notes for each member, visible only to the leader who writes them. Create, edit, and delete your notes from member details. Designated report readers can now leave comments and hearts on care reports. Added a Stay signed in option and improved session recovery when reopening the app or reconnecting to the internet.
