## What is CellPay?

CellPay is a payment service powered by Cellcom Private Limited, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. CellPay provides digital payments and fund transfer services that use web and mobile channels to help you make payments directly from your bank account. CellPay uses international-level security to ensure you are always protected. The best way to understand CellPay is as a digital debit card. The only difference is that unlike a debit card CellPay cannot be lost or stolen from you, and you can link multiple bank accounts to your CellPay account. Currently, the CellPay service supports utility payments, merchant payments and fund transfer services.

I downloaded the app yesterday but hard times logging in. Always error “ username should be mobile no” and I used my mobile no. I don’t know if anybody actively monitors this and fixes these glitches…unreliable in a word. Please update the app or email me on how to fix this error.

crashes rigorously. too many bugs and unresponsive buttons inside the app ! 
app crashed 7 times when uploading my nationality document and thats really embarrassing! 

I personally suggest its a waste of time on signups and verification process!
