The devices I purchased have never worked correctly and my iPad has not been usable at all. I’m charged a fee for using it each month without having it work at all. My phone has cost me 3 times the amount it should monthly even though I only make WiFi calls. I’ve tried to get some sort of resolution but am told its just too bad. Some very weird things are happening and I’m going to just stop paying since nothing seems to wrk right. I’m hoping something can be done then. I have some odd charges on my contract and a signature that definitely is not mine.
