It started off great, but I have not been able to scan into my cellar most wines over the last 3 months or so. Customer service is non-existent at this point, based on my experience. I send support messages with an automated response that “it is outside business hours and someone will be in touch soon” (paraphrase). Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — It Doesn’t Work *2023-03-23* Taiwan based company with no customer service capability. Very poor wine scan ability. Currently you cannot add wine to your cellar, apparently due to technology issues with the company’s servers. Avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-03-09* App does no work.
