It started off great, but I have not been able to scan into my cellar most wines over the last 3 months or so. Customer service is non-existent at this point, based on my experience. I send support messages with an automated response that “it is outside business hours and someone will be in touch soon” (paraphrase). Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — It Doesn’t Work *2023-03-23* Taiwan based company with no customer service capability. Very poor wine scan ability. Currently you cannot add wine to your cellar, apparently due to technology issues with the company’s servers. Avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-03-09* App does no work. Charged me for a membership and you can’t scan in your wines. There is no customer service. Have tried calling, emailing and messaging and can’t get ahold of anyone. Also unable to just scan the barcode to get wine info, I can with my cigars but not with wine? **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for using CellWine. Thank you again for using and supporting CellWine. ### 4/5 — Love the app but still a few bugs and missing features *2019-06-16* I really love the app, it has all the necessary features for tracking wine. Wish I could change the pic of my wines with the default one you can find in the database with the text search and would love to be able to add alcohol percentages. A thing that annoys me is that in the wine names (at least for Italian wines) they always put the producer and I have to change it manually every time, for example a Barolo produced by Borgogno would be found as “Borgogno Barolo” and I would have to delete the word “Borgogno” as it is the producer not the wine name. This happens for almost every wine. Also the wine regions are all wrong for Italian wines: if you look up an Amarone you would find the word “Amarone” in the region but in reality it’s the wine type, the region where it’s from is Veneto. (and "convinient" is not a word) ### 3/5 — Scan doesn’t recognize a lot of wines *2018-05-06* If I could insert a photo it would show. 2014 Chateau d’Yquem as “We couldn’t identify this wine.” I tried to look up in various spellings too.
