The notification tone is extremely short and quiet—and unfortunately, there’s no option to customize it or use a louder/purchased ringtone. This is a serious concern, especially for night shift workers or when you’re on call. In healthcare, missing a message isn’t just inconvenient—it can be dangerous. Please consider adding customizable, longer, and louder alert tones. Until then, it’s not reliable enough for overnight coverage. ### 4/5 — Easy to use, but needs iPad OS upgrade *2023-08-27* Great APP. Secure way to get clinical photos out of the family album. Not really used as a messaging service, but could be if there was more buy in.
