Needs Louder Alerts for On-Call Healthcare Use
Good concept, but critical alert issue for night shift/on-call staff
We use Celo for secure healthcare messaging, and while the app functions well overall, the biggest issue is the alert system. The notification tone is extremely short and quiet—and unfortunately, there’s no option to customize it or use a louder/purchased ringtone.
This is a serious concern, especially for night shift workers or when you’re on call. In healthcare, missing a message isn’t just inconvenient—it can be dangerous.
Please consider adding customizable, longer, and louder alert tones. Until then, it’s not reliable enough for overnight coverage.

Easy to use, but needs iPad OS upgrade
Great APP. Secure way to get clinical photos out of the family album.
Not really used as a messaging service, but could be if there was more buy in.
Would have more functionality if there was an iPad version as that’s what our hospital provides staff for clinical work.

Simplistic Design
Very easy to use platform. The messaging features are all great. The design is simplistic but elegant and the platform functions great. Overall 10/10 would recommend but I can only give 5 stars.
