## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-08-12*

Lot of glitches and all the listening and reading part is very easy, which means it’s not really going to help you prepare to take the real test. Writing part is terrible in this app. The bullet points is same for all the writing questions in part 1.

### 1/5 — Not useful at all

*2026-03-17*

Don’t use

### 1/5 — Extremely low quality

*2026-02-18*

There is no option for cancellation!

### 1/5 — I need refund

*2026-01-09*

I didn’t find any options for redund

### 1/5 — Too Many Issues for a Paid CELPIP Practice Tool

*2025-12-16*

I have been using this program for more than two months, but I have to say that it is not the best solution for preparing for the CELPIP test.

While using the program, I encountered several technical issues. Sometimes it is not possible to move forward because the “Next” button simply does not work. In addition, the speaking part does not seem to be measured accurately. The pictures are often too small to describe properly, and in some cases the instructions are extremely unclear. For example, the task only says, “Give advice.” There is no topic, no context, and no guidance about who you are speaking to.

Overall, I think this program is a good idea and a nice attempt, but it still needs significant improvement. In my opinion, charging 5 CAD per week for this level of quality is too expensive. Based on my experience, practicing with ChatGPT has been more helpful and effective.

### 2/5 — Answers is wrong

*2026-05-16*

When you do reading test and after you try to check your answers - program just change your answers for some reason to incorrect. This is unacceptable

### 2/5 — No answers after finish the mock test

*2026-01-17*

The app is good, however when you finish the mock test for example listening does not show you the transcript, plus the speaking section normally has an error once you start to record.

It would be better to post the transcript once you’re done, so you can see what are the errors and mistakes.

### 2/5 — Good Idea, Poor Execution

*2025-08-06*

I downloaded this app because it promises to give you scores along with detailed comments and feedback for each CELPIP band, which sounded perfect for focused preparation. Unfortunately, the actual experience was disappointing.

If you complete the full test, you only receive a final score without any band-specific comments or feedback, which goes against what the app advertises. To get comments, you need to complete each band individually — but that doesn’t reflect the real test format.

Also, in the Speaking section, specifically the persuasion task (Task 5), even if you select an image (just like in the real test), the app overrides your choice and forces a different one, which makes it impossible to practice the task the way it actually works in the exam.

Overall, the app has potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t deliver what it promises. Several core features need to be fixed for it to be a reliable and realistic CELPIP practice tool.

### 3/5 — Can’t see full test results

*2026-02-23*

After finishing the full test it is showing just a few answers from the total. Please fix this bug

### 4/5 — Overall use

*2026-04-21*

I don’t understand why there are so many people complaining. I used this app for 1 week and it was very helpful to me. My celpip score was 11 in almost everything. Although it had some bugs, I could still try the other mock tests.
