Got Subscription but still not working

I already bought paid subscription, however still not able to practice. Every time try to practice asking me to buy subscription. This is scam or genuine not sure?

Celpip Tip App not able to sign in

It happened with me as well , paid for the subscription and cant open the app in Iphone, its very annoying. Need my money back.

I just downloaded the app and purchased one month subscription as soon as I closed the app ,it’s not opening again ,which is utterly annoying ,I need my money back ,wasted my $13.99 on this app ,it’s not fair,let me know how can I get my money back.
